Winchcombe Town Council Meeting First Wednesday of each month. 7 - 9pm Langley Vinyasa Yoga Postures in Vinyasa yoga are linked together by a sequence of movements, placing a strong emphasis on the connection between breath, mind and body. The routine practise of Vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, whilst reducing levels of stress.
Classes are suitable for all levels including total beginners as modifications are given for different abilities. Classes incorporate the practise of pranayama. All students are taught to practise with full awareness and are challenged to ‘let go’ and find their own unique yoga.

Supastrikers (part of Winchcombe Playgroup) Supastrikers is a soccer-based activity session for children aged 2-4 years. As well as learning core football and movement skills, children also develop their awareness of shapes, colours, simple numbers and social skills.
