It’s a rich source of experiences, knowledge and skills passed down through generations and updated every day. All visitors very welcome, for a programme of events, click here. 2nd Mon, (except Aug) 7 - 9.30pm Sudeley and Langley Linda Talbot Meditation Learn how to meditate and find peace of mind. The class will include guided meditations and a short talk, coming from the Buddhist tradition on the benefits of a peaceful mind and meditation.

Low impact and gentle on the joints, improves mobility, flexibility, posture, balance and co-ordination. Pilates is good for spine health, joint mobility, core strength and an enhanced feeling of relaxation.

A Mind/Body class which helps to reduce stress, improve posture, and increase Core strength. Classes run in 6 week courses. As well as learning core football and movement skills, children also develop their awareness of shapes, colours, simple numbers and social skills. Thurs, (term time) 10.00 - 11am and 11-12 noon Langley Mandy Shackleton Yoga and Relaxation: Sandra Lewis Yoga General yoga class focusing on postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to release tension, develop flexibility & promote wellbeing. All welcome. No experience required. Thurs, 1.30 - 3.30pm Langley Sandra Lewis Mixed Ability Hatha Yoga Taught by a Level 3 Teacher/Tutor/Assessor. A Holistic Yoga Class which improves flexibility, conditions the body and settles the mind. Classes run in 8 week courses. Suitable for all but especially those who are over 50, or recovering from injury/illness or have mobility issues, or just want to get started or return to exercise regardless of age. 45 minutes class with no floorwork.
